This week while working on one of my collaboration pieces focusing on a bio fuel company based out of Portland I realized I needed more pictures to help show the process of where the final product comes from. I have had some luck in finding a restaurant that the company collects grease from to let me take pictures inside. I will get to see first hand how they collect the grease for the company to pick up. I have been trying to brainstorm ideas for how to get good shots in a small kitchen with alot going on and how the restaurant will feel when they see pictures of all the grease their restaurant produces. I dont want them to feel as if the images only show that they produce a lot of grease and dump it in a barrel and go.
